本年は久しぶりに南極観測隊用雪上車としては最大となるＳＭ１００Ｓの新車の発注があり、１１月２日（日）大井埠頭へ納車されました。
このＳＭ１００Ｓにつきましては、当社の製品でありながらも毎年受注があるという製品でもない為、数年ぶりの製作となります。
